Research Hotspot and Development Trend on Ideological and Political Education of College Courses:#br# A Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace Knowledge Map

Abstract: Using Citespace 5.5.R2 visual analysis software, taking the relevant literature in CNKI as a sample, this study draws a
knowledge map of co-occurring keywords, and analyzes the research hotspots, research progress and development trends of ideological
and political courses in colleges and universities in the past three years. The research found that: as a new and a hot star in the field of
education research, ideological and political issues are mainly studied from the perspective of pedagogy and ideological and political
education; the research hotspots are reflected in teaching reform, ideological and political courses, ideological and political education,
and ethics; the course has undergone a deepening research process from basic theoretical research to practical applied research, and it is
an importance trend in curriculum ideology and politics research to strengthen ideological and political theory courses through constant
improvement and to promote collaborative education through the courses. The quality of the existing research is not satisfactory, mainly
because of the shortage of a relatively stable and mature group of researchers, and the lack of the studies on "hot" phenomenon.
